Look for the chess board
Posted By: bradmaxs on 3 weeks, 3 days agoZaca Mesa is a great place to taste. It can get busy so get there early. The staff is always friendly, the wine is excellent and well priced if you decide to buy a bottle and they are dog friendly which makes it even better!
Qupe's tasting room is beautiful
Posted By: bradmaxs on on 6/1/12We go to Qupe anytime we are in Los Olivos. They are always incredibly friendly and always welcome our dog. The wine list is great and there is always plenty to taste including Verdad and Ethan.
Worth the drive!
Posted By: bradmaxs on on 6/1/12Cambria Winery is worth the drive out The Foxen Canyou Trail. We have tasted there 2 times now and each time the staff has been knowledgable and attentive. Titus is welcome and even made a friend the first time.
Awesome Views
Posted By: bradmaxs on on 24/1/12Corie and I had a glass of wine on our three week trip up the coast of CA to Seattle, WA. Stopped at close to closing time and grabbed a few $10 glasses of great Viognier, Roussanne and Syrah. All worth the price. Great mineral and earth on the front and satisfyingly smooth on the finish. Titus was also able to sit outside with us and enjoy the California sun. Can't wait to go back.
